General sales conditions REVOM bvba

Deliveries are from Turnhout - Belgium, and are initiated upon receipt of the payment or of its forwarding document, in accordance with the data given in the final order acceptance.

Shipping costs are invoiced at real cost. A extra charge of 12,50 EUR for administration is invoiced for orders which do not exceed 100,00 EUR (excl. VAT)

If you are a resident of the European Community (EC) and wish to buy, you may need to pay Belgian purchase tax (VAT) at 21%. According to HM Customs and Excise, REVOM bvba must charge VAT in the following cases:

1. Supplies to Belgian customers, business or private
2. Supplies to a private customer or non business organisation in another EC country

REVOM bvba does not need to charge VAT to business customers in another EC country provided the business is registered for VAT and is purchasing for business purposes. The business has to account for any purchase tax due in that member state.

REVOM bvba does not need to charge VAT to customers, business or private, outsite of the European Community (EC).
